What is Sisters Fest?
Located in historic Sistersville,
West Virginia
--named so in honor of sisters!
Sisters Fest is a celebration of sisters, as well as friends that are as close as sisters. If you don't have a sister, or she can't attend, bring a friend, or come solo… you'll find a "sister friend"!

The leis the women sported in the parade, to go with the Hawaiian theme, winners were:
Prettiest, Sonja McClain
Most Creative, Lena Ferrero.
A special judge's award was also given to three ladies in the parade dressed as flamingoes: Diana Davie, Loudonna Watkins, and Nancy Travis.
